CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 143

143—Failing to attend an examination

A person who—

            (a)         is required by an examination notice to attend an examination; and

            (b)         refuses or fails to attend the examination at the time and place specified in the notice,

is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $2 500 or imprisonment for 6 months.
