CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 - SECT 140

140—Questions of law

The DPP may—

            (a)         on his or her own initiative; or

            (b)         at the request of the person being examined,

refer a question of law arising at an examination to the court that made the examination order.
