(1) A
person who was employed, immediately before the commencement of this Act, in
an office or position in the Court Services Department (except the Chief
Executive Officer of the Department) is taken to have been appointed on the
commencement of this Act to the corresponding office or position under this
Act.
(2) This section does not affect continuity of
employment or prejudice existing or accruing rights in respect of employment.
