South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
(2) Subject to
subsection (3), a regulation may only be made on the recommendation of
the Council.
(3) A regulation may
be made—
(a)
designating a position on the staff of the Council as a prescribed position
for the purposes of section 4; or
(b) for
the purposes of section 11;
but, before such a regulation is made, the Council must be allowed a
reasonable opportunity to comment on the terms of the proposed regulation.
(4) A regulation may
impose a fine, not exceeding $2 000 for contravention of, or
non-compliance with, the regulation.
