South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person engaged
under this Act in functions related to the administration of a participating
court incurs no civil liability for an honest act or omission in the exercise
or purported exercise of those functions.
(2) A liability that
would, but for subsection (1), attach to a person engaged under this Act
in functions related to the administration of a participating court attaches
instead to the Crown.
