South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Council may,
by instrument in writing, delegate any of its powers under this or any other
Act.
(2) A delegation of
power under this section—
(a) is
revocable at will; and
(b) does
not derogate from the power of the Council to act itself in any matter.
(3) A delegation must
be reported in the annual report for the financial year in which the
delegation is made.
