CORONERS ACT 2003 - SECT 6

6—Appointment of coroners

        (1)         The Governor may appoint a legal practitioner of at least 5 years standing to be a coroner.

        (2)         A coroner appointed under this section will be paid the fees (if any) fixed by regulation.
