CORONERS ACT 2003 - SECT 36

36—Punishment of contempts

The Coroner's Court may punish a contempt as follows:

            (a)         it may impose a fine not exceeding $10 000;

            (b)         it may commit to prison for a specified term, not exceeding 2 years, or until the contempt is purged.
