privileges and immunities from civil liability as a Judge of the Supreme
Court.

member of the administrative and ancillary staff of the Coroner's Court, an
investigator or a person assisting an investigator incurs no civil or criminal
liability for an honest act or omission in carrying out or exercising, or

that would, but for subsection (2), attach to a person referred to in
that subsection, attaches instead to the Crown.
