(1) The administrative
and ancillary staff of the Coroner's Court consists of—
(a) any
legal practitioner appointed to assist the Court as counsel; and
(b) any
other persons appointed to the non-judicial staff of the Court.
(2) The administrative
and ancillary staff of the Court will be appointed under the
Courts Administration Act 1993 .
