CO-OPERATIVES ACT 1997 - SECT 35

35—Issue of duplicate certificate

The Commission must issue a duplicate certificate of registration—

            (a)         if the Commission is satisfied that the original certificate is lost or destroyed; and

            (b)         on payment of the prescribed fee.
