CO-OPERATIVES ACT 1997 - SECT 13

13—Types of co-operatives

        (1)         A body may be registered under this Act as a co-operative.

        (2)         A co-operative may be either—

            (a)         a trading co-operative; or

            (b)         a non-trading co-operative.
