South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission may
appoint a person to be secretary to the Commission.
(2) The office of
secretary to the Commission may be held in conjunction with an office in the
public service of the State.
(3) The secretary
shall receive such remuneration, if any, as is determined by the Commission.
