South Australian Consolidated Acts70—Power of deputy of Lieutenant-Governor or Administrator
During such time as the powers and authorities granted to the Governor by
the Letters Patent are vested in the Lieutenant-Governor, or any other person
who is appointed to administer the Government of the State, the provisions of
the preceding section shall apply to the person appointed to be the Deputy of
the Lieutenant-Governor, or of the person appointed to administer the
Government as aforesaid, during his or her temporary absence from the seat of
Government or from the State or during his or her illness, subject
nevertheless to anything expressed in the instrument appointing such Deputy.
