BUILDING WORK CONTRACTORS ACT 1995 - SECT 52
If a person is required to provide information to the Commissioner, the
Commissioner may require the information to be verified by statutory
declaration and, in that event, the person will not be taken to have provided
the information as required unless it has been verified in accordance with the
requirements of the Commissioner.
