South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
on application by a person, exempt the person from compliance with a specified
provision of this Act (other than a provision in relation to which the
Commissioner has a power of exemption specifically conferred by this Act).
(2) An exemption under
this section is subject to the conditions (if any) imposed by the Minister.
(3) The Minister may,
at his or her discretion, vary or revoke an exemption under this section.
(4) The grant or a
variation or revocation of an exemption under this section must be notified in
the Gazette.
