Where two or more persons are registered as the grantees of a bill of sale,
they are severally as well as jointly entitled to—
(a) the
payment of principal and interest secured by the bill of sale; and
(b) the
observance and performance of the covenants, terms, conditions or agreements,
whether expressed or implied, in the bill of sale,
except insofar as a contrary intention is expressed in the bill of sale.
