Subject to Part 3 of the Libraries Act 1982 , the Commission may, if in
its opinion it is no longer necessary to retain them, dispose of documents
lodged or records kept under this Act or the repealed Act where the
registration of the business name in respect of which the documents were
lodged or the records kept has not been in force at any time during the
preceding six years.
