South Australian Consolidated ActsA notice required or authorised by this Act to be served on a person may be
served—
(a) by
delivering it personally to the person or an agent of the person; or
(b) in
the case of a notice to be served on a proprietor of a registered business
name—by posting it to the person, or leaving it for the person with
someone apparently over the age of 16 years, at the address registered as the
address for service of the proprietor; or
(c) by
posting it to the person or agent of the person at his or her last known
address; or
(d) by
transmitting it by facsimile transmission to a facsimile number provided by
that person for that purpose.
