A person carrying on business in this State under a registered business name
must display the registered business name—
(a)
prominently on any document relating to the carrying on of the business; and
(b) in a
conspicuous position on the outside of each place at which business is carried
on under that name.
Maximum penalty: $750.
Expiation Fee: $160.
