Act, the registration of a business name remains in force for three years from
the date on which it is granted or renewed.
(2) The Commission
must, unless an application for renewal has already been lodged, before or as
soon as practicable after the date of expiry of the registration of a business
name, give the proprietor of the registered business name written notice of
the date of expiry of the registration.
