South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Registrar's
staff consists of—
(a) one
or more Deputy Registrars of Births, Deaths and Marriages 1 ; and
(b) the
other staff 1 necessary for the proper administration of this Act.
(2) A Deputy Registrar
has the powers and functions of the Registrar but is subject to direction by
the Registrar 2 .
Notes—
1 These are to be Public Service positions
established under the Public Sector Management Act 1995 .
2 If necessary, a person may be appointed to act
in the position of Registrar on a temporary basis under the Public
Sector Management Act 1995 .
