BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT 1996 - SECT 32

32—Registration of marriage

A marriage may be registered by—

            (a)         including the marriage certificate as part of the Register; or

            (b)         including particulars of the marriage in the Register.
