BAIL ACT 1985 - SECT 21A

21A—Applications on behalf of the Crown

An application may be made or a consent given under this Act on behalf of the Crown by—

            (a)         the Director of Public Prosecutions; or

            (b)         a person acting on the instructions of the Crown; or

            (c)         any member of the police force.
