BAIL ACT 1985 - SECT 12

12—Refusal of application

        (1)         Where a bail authority decides to refuse an application for release on bail, the bail authority must make a written record of the reasons for its decision.

        (2)         The refusal of an application for release on bail does not preclude further applications.
