ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1985 - SECT 22
22—Revocation of suspension of licences
(1) Where the holder
of a licence—
(a) has
been found guilty of an offence against this Act; or
(b) has
obtained the licence improperly; or
(c) has
failed to comply with a condition of the licence,
the Minister may, by notice in writing addressed to the holder of the licence,
revoke the licence, or suspend the licence for a period specified in the
notice.
