ANIMAL WELFARE ACT 1985 - SECT 11

11—Secretary

        (1)         There will be a secretary to the Committee.

        (2)         The secretary will be appointed under the Public Sector Act 2009 .

        (3)         The office of secretary to the Committee may be held in conjunction with any other office in the Public Service of the State.
