ANANGU PITJANTJATJARA YANKUNYTJATJARA LAND RIGHTS ACT 1981 - SECT 8

8—Annual general meetings and special general meetings

        (1)         There shall be an annual general meeting of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara once in every calendar year.

        (3)         An annual general meeting of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara shall be held not more than fifteen months after the last preceding annual general meeting.

        (4)         A special general meeting of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara must be held if—

            (a)         the Executive Board passes a resolution that such a meeting be held; or

            (b)         not less than 10 members of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara make a request to the Executive Board that such a meeting be held,

and such a meeting must be held as soon as is reasonably practicable after the resolution is passed or request made (as the case requires).
