ANANGU PITJANTJATJARA YANKUNYTJATJARA LAND RIGHTS ACT 1981 - SECT 5

5—Constitution of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara as body corporate

        (1)         The body corporate known as Anangu Pitjantjatjara continues in existence as A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara .

        (2)         All A n angu are members of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara.

        (3)         A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara must have a common seal.

        (4)         In any legal proceedings, an apparently genuine document purporting to bear the common seal of A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara and the signatures of—

            (a)         6 members of the Executive Board; or

            (b)         any 2 of the following:

                  (i)         the Chairperson;

                  (ii)         the Deputy Chairperson;

                  (iii)         the Director of Administration;

                  (iv)         the General Manager,

attesting the affixation of the seal will be presumed, in the absence of proof to the contrary, to have been duly executed by A n angu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara.
