South Australian Consolidated Acts South Australian Consolidated Acts19A—Residence on the lands
A person who is entitled under section 19(8)(a), (b), (ba), (c), (ca) or
(da) to enter the lands for the purpose of carrying out, or assisting in
carrying out, official duties or functions or providing a service is entitled
to reside on the lands where that is necessary or desirable for the purpose of
carrying out that duty or function or providing such assistance.
