(1) A member of
the Executive Board must at all times exercise a reasonable degree of care and
diligence in the performance of his or her functions.
(2) A member of
the Executive Board does not commit any breach of duty under this section by
acting in accordance with a lawful resolution of A n angu Pitjantjatjara
Yankunytjatjara.
