Committee
Where the composition of the Committee changes before it completes its
inquiry, consideration or report in respect of a matter referred to it by or
under this or any other Act, the newly constituted Committee may continue and
complete the proceedings and may consider and report on the matter as if all
evidence given in respect of the matter had been given before the Committee as
newly constituted.
