South Australian Consolidated Acts16—Privileges, immunities and powers
(1) All privileges,
immunities and powers that attach to or in relation to a committee established
by either House attach to and in relation to the Committee established by this
Act.
(2) Without limiting
the effect of subsection (1), the powers of the Committee include power
to send for persons, papers and records.
(3) Any breach of
privilege or contempt committed or alleged to have been committed in relation
to the Committee or its proceedings may be dealt with in such manner as is
resolved by the Houses.
