ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1985 - SECT 64
Service of any process, notice or other document may be effected on an
incorporated association—
(a) by
serving the process, notice or other document personally on the public officer
or a member of the committee of the association; or
(b) by
serving the process, notice or other document by post on the public officer;
or
(c) by
leaving the process, notice or other document at the address of the public
officer with any person apparently over the age of 18 years; or
(d) by
transmitting it to the incorporated association by email to an email address
provided to the Commission by the incorporated association for that purpose
(in which case the process, notice, or other document will be taken to have
been served at the time of transmission).
