ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION ACT 1985 - SECT 50
(1) Subject to this
section, a person aggrieved by an act or decision of the Commission under this
Act may apply to the Tribunal under section 34 of the South Australian
Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 for a review of the decision.
(2) An application for
review under subsection (1) must be made within 21 days after
the relevant act or decision of the Commission.
(4) Where a decision
of the Commission to cancel the incorporation of a defunct association is
reversed on review, the Commission must restore the registration of the
association under this Act and, if the Tribunal so orders, the incorporation
of the association is to be taken to have continued during the period of
deregistration.
(5) Section 71 of the
South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 does not
apply to or in relation to a decision of the Tribunal under this section.
(6) This section does
not apply to or in relation to a decision of the Commission under
section 41.
