South Australian Consolidated Acts40—Prescribing matters by reference to other instruments
Where an Act authorises or requires provision to be made for or in relation to
a matter by regulations, rules or by-laws, the regulations, rules or by-laws
may, unless the contrary intention appears, make such provision by applying,
adopting or incorporating, with or without modification—
(a) the
provisions of any Act, or of any statutory instrument, as in force from time
to time or as in force at a specified time; or
(b) any
material contained in any other instrument or writing as in force or existing
when the regulations, rules or by-laws take effect or as in force or existing
at a specified prior time.
