Whenever any fine, penalty or forfeiture is imposed or made by, or authorised
to be imposed or made under, any Act, the Act will be taken to provide that
the fine, penalty or forfeiture, when recovered, must be paid to the Treasurer
of the State and form part of the General Revenue.
