The date appearing on a copy of an Act printed, or purporting to be printed,
by the Government Printer, as the date on which the Governor assented to the
Act or made known Her Majesty's assent to the Act is evidence that the date is
the date on which the Governor so assented, or made known Her Majesty's
assent, and will be judicially noticed accordingly.
