The Minister may give directions
under section 24 in relation to Aboriginal sites, objects or remains
within an area that was a prohibited area or historic reserve under the
Aboriginal and Historic Relics Preservation Act 1965 immediately prior to
the commencement of this Act, without complying with subsection (3) of that
section.
