(a)
hinder or obstruct an inspector, or any person assisting an inspector, in the
exercise of a power conferred by this Act;
(b)
refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of an inspector under this Act;
(c)
refuse or fail to comply with the reasonable instructions of an inspector
under this Act.
Penalty: $2 000 or imprisonment for 3 months.
