South Australian Consolidated Acts41—Original executor or administrator liable, although special
administration not rescinded
If such executor or administrator neglects to apply for an order for the
rescission of such special administration, he shall, notwithstanding such
special administration remains unrescinded, be liable to answer and make good
all claims and demands against the estate of the deceased to the extent of the
assets which have come to his hands, or which might have come to his hands but
for his wilful neglect or default.
