ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE ACT 1919 - SECT 123
All affidavits or declarations made under this Act or the rules shall be sworn
or made before the Registrar, or any district registrar, notary public, or
commissioner for taking affidavits in the Supreme Court, and any such
declaration shall be sufficient if the declarant states therein that he makes
the same in pursuance of this Act.
