South Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Any person
claiming to be interested in the proceedings may with the permission of the
court and upon such terms (if any) as the court may direct and at his own
expense—
(a)
attend the whole or any part of the proceedings in person or by a solicitor:
(b) upon
paying the costs occasioned thereby give or call such evidence as the court
thinks fit.
(2) Any person
claiming to be interested may with the permission of the court, be admitted to
the place where the examination is being held during the examination, but
shall not be entitled to take notes of the examination except with the
permission of the court.
