(1) The court may at
any time, on the application of the manager, or on the application of the
protected person or of any other person, on proof that there is good cause for
so doing, make an order appointing any other person or persons as the manager
of the estate in addition to or in lieu of the manager or appointing the
Public Trustee as the manager of the estate in lieu of the manager.
(2) The court may at
any time, on the application of the protected person, or of the manager, or of
any other person, rescind the order appointing the manager, on proof that the
protected person is of sufficient ability to manage his own affairs.
