TELECOMMUNICATIONS (INTERCEPTION) ACT 1988 - SECT 4

4—Commissioner to keep certain records

The Commissioner must keep in the records of the police force

            (a)         each warrant issued to the police force; and

            (b)         a copy of each notification given to the Federal Commissioner of Police under section 53(1)(b) of the Commonwealth Act; and

            (ba)         a copy of each approval given under section 55(3) of the Commonwealth Act by the Commissioner or a member of the police force appointed by the Commissioner as an approving officer under section 55(4) of that Act; and

            (c)         each instrument revoking a warrant issued to the police force; and

            (d)         a copy of each certificate issued by the Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner under section 61(4) of the Commonwealth Act; and

            (e)         each authorisation given by the Commissioner under section 66(2) of the Commonwealth Act; and

            (f)         each record made under section 5.
