HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT REGULATION (NO. 1) 2010 No. 73 - SECT 13
13 Amendment of s 9 (Period of specialist registration--Act, s 119)insert--
'(2) However, the specialist registration period for the financial year beginning on 1 July 2009 ends at the end of 1 July 2010.
'(3) Also, the specialist registration period for the financial year beginning on 1 July 2010 instead begins on 2 July 2010.'.
