WATER SUPPLY (SAFETY AND RELIABILITY) ACT 2008 No. 34 - SECT 190
190 Supplying unauthorised servicesA person must not supply a sewerage or water service unless the person--
(a) is a service provider for the service; or
(b) is operating infrastructure for the service provider for the service.
Maximum penalty--1000 penalty units.
