WEAPONS AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 37 - SECT 47

(1) Section 73(1) to (5)—

omit, insert—

'(1) For section 7(1) of the Act, the way to modify a firearm to make it permanently incapable of being discharged is—

(a) the way mentioned, for the firearm, in schedule 2A; or

(b) the way approved under subsection (2).'.

(2) Section 73(7), 'subsections (2) to (5)'—

omit, insert—

'schedule 2A'.

(3) Section 73(6) and (7)—

renumber as section 73(2) and (3).
