VALUATION OF LAND AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 No. 7 - SECT 36

Section 50(1), from 'such notice shall'--

omit, insert--

'the notice must state all of the following--

(a) the date of valuation and the date of issue of the notice;

(b) that the owner may object to the valuation within 45 days after the date of issue of the notice;

(c) the way in which an objection may be made.'.
