73 Insertion of new s 110A

After section 110—

insert —

110A Recovery available only if action taken within 6 years The State may, under this part, recover assistance granted for an act of violence from a person only if action to recover the assistance is started within 6 years after the later of the following days—

(a) the day the person was convicted of a relevant offence for the act;

(b) the day the application for the grant of the financial assistance was made.
